Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. If you cancel a monthly plan, access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are the same — no partial refunds, but access runs through the full year.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit in supported regions.
Is there a free trial?
Not at launch. We may introduce a trial period in the future. In the meantime, you can read free previews and the methodology page to get a sense of what to expect before subscribing.
How does the annual plan work?
The annual plan is billed as a single payment of €99 at the time of subscription. It renews automatically after 12 months unless cancelled. Compared to paying monthly, you save €141 per year.
How do team plans work?
Team plans are billed per seat (minimum 3 seats). The purchaser becomes the organization owner, manages seats from the admin console, and invites teammates by email. Each seat includes the same full access as an individual membership.
Can I have both an individual and a team subscription?
No. Team membership takes precedence — if you join a team, your individual subscription is redundant. You must cancel an individual plan before starting a team subscription, and you cannot purchase an individual plan while on an active team.
Is my payment information secure?
Orbis Signal never stores or handles card details. All payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe over TLS and processed under their PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest certification available.
