Iran details conditional Hormuz route ahead of Oman meeting

Iran says the September 14 Oman meeting will consider finalized maps for a new route whose entry lane, and part of its exit lane, would pass through Iranian territorial waters; the southern route would close. Tehran says the arrangement is not a full reopening, the United States remains outside the talks and Bahrain will not participate.
